Just eat rice, beans, and veggies (leafy and root) for 3 months lol

That is a tiny hole in your damning logic.

Just taking your post at face value.
The anecdotal healing stories were meant to refute point 2 ("There is no cure") not point 1 ("We don't know the causes")

Dementia is caused by the buildup of toxins. It generally takes several decades, but if a person gets exposed to too much **** in their work environment or from living near a nasty dunp or under electrical lines, they can get what is called "early onset" dementia. The key is to avoid the toxins in the first place.

These cells are swtiched off by glut. The only way to have them operate at peak efficiency is to fast regularly. I do 4 nine day water fasts per year. Eating in a window is also very efficacious with regard to these cells. "Intermittent fasting" - going 18 hours between food windows - is good for weight management AND for your immune system.

In my personal experience, the fact restaurant dining is becoming ever so more popular (I remember in the 90s, people would eat out on occasion, like once a week...nowadays it seems like people eat out 3+ times/week) bodes poorly as well. Those restaurant oils and hidden additives like MSG are terrible.

The American Cancer Society is in fact an advocate for the cancer industry. It receives its pro-bono P.R. services from an in-house firm of Monsanto That firm has precisely two clients: Monsanto, who pays them, and the ACS, which does not pay them.

By the transitive power of mathematorial indicia, this means that Monsanto foots the ACA's P.R. bills. And what does Monsanto get in return? They get the ACS to focus exclusively on "early detection and treatment" (from which Monsanto profits), instead of on the cause of cancer or the cure for cancer.
ounce of prevention since ACA gets tax deferred contributions on top of Monsanto paying them. Or is that a smoke screen arrangement to take the heat of the government funding the whole way to keep people preoccupied from focusing on how things are manipulated within rule of law.

America's legal system has become working under Sharia law principle interpretations defending human rights instead of individual liberty to use their own brain cradle to grave.

weaponizing rule of law against citizens that question social consensus among stereotypes rule of law defines as typecast people. Defamation of character doesn't defend individual liberty but it protects stereotypical behavior where individuals aren't allowed to behave beyond the typecast or else.

Gee that looks like the core of racism optics through power of suggestion used for multiple generations becoming common practice every generation gap forward. Patterns of behavior recorded throughout history.

Damn I can tie any topic to people denying evolving in plain sight.

Restaurants have always been experts at keeping costs down. Families, not so much. The ability to respond to food price inflation favors those with business savvy and experience. I think many believe it is so much more expensive to eat in that they might just as well dine out.

I'm definitely spending more on food than I was. And that is a value statement. I COULD economize - but there are a lot of areas where I won't. Restaurants will - and customers pay the price in their health. And in their healthcare.

They would be better advised to just pay a bit more for groceries and go back to eating in. If your hand made it, you know it's right.

Putin said a few weeks ago:

Putin said in televised comments that "we have come very close to the creation of so-called cancer vaccines and immunomodulatory drugs of a new generation". "I hope that soon they will be effectively used as methods of individual therapy," he added, speaking at a Moscow forum on future technologies.

Thanks for all the info CP.
I'm one of those who like the idea of fasting...just never have done it.
About 50 years ago I was introduced to the book "Rational Fasting" by Prof. Arnold Ehret.
Back in those days who knows what his actual medical training was, but thru doing post mortem dis-sections of obese [with bad habits] vs normal weight people [with healthier habit] he noticed "mucus" coating the organs of the obese.
So his "thing" was to avoid mucus forming foods and to "fast" from time to time.
Back in his time people in bad shape didn't have many options so I imagine there would have been some folks who gave his simple ideas a try.
Notice that he had "The Goatee"  that all "Men of Science" needed to have.....https://www.thriftbooks.com/w/rational- ... ion=703760

I think fasting is situationally useful. If you eat foods like kale, wild blueberries, ginger, garlic, grapefruit, broccoli, and romaine lettuce - in lieu of drinking water only - you would get even better results.
