While President Trump agreed to take a cognitive test (and passed) as part of his physical when he was president, Joe Biden did not take a Cognitive test which is rather standard for people even younger than 81.
The American People want to know what the heck's going on here.

Well is it still legal to admit that different people may have different levels of brain fuction? I think we have to give up on the whole us experiment if we can admit that some people have healthier brains than others...

That's a good point. How does a doctor ignore giving a cognitive test to an 81 year old where the FBI just officially reported that the geezer suffers from a poor memory? It would be malpractice not to recommend it. Now, Biden could have simply refused to take it. Everyone's brain is wired a little differently. So, the best we can do is determine ranges of functionality. I do not believe that Joe Biden ever had more than an average IQ. He had a major brain aneurysm - which caused him to lose some cognitive ability. That was decades ago. He's 81, and has been in mental decline even during his vice presidency. Note storage of classified documents. Also note Obama's comments "Don't under estimate Joe's ability to **** things up". Both going back to his VP days.
The guy mumbles unintelligible nonsense through 80% of his speeches (not much unlike one forum member around here). So, I have no doubt Joe Biden's IQ is now far below 100 - my honest guess would be closer to 70.
