Well if people benefit in anyway getting the correct answer to a math question, white people will wind up receiving more benefit than black people on average. This violates the 1968 Civil rights bill on disperate impact. Math, therefore, should be banned in the usa in order to uphold the spirit of the 1968 Civil rights bill.

NO doctor would be justified in not giving an 81 year old Biden a cognitive test and it would be a dereliction of his duty not to do so. That tells me that the test WAS given and Biden failed it miserably, but naturally the doctor cannot reveal such a result due to privacy laws, and of course Biden would have permitted it to be released if he had passed it.
