- How long will he go? Nixon had some of the shortest SOTU addresses, with one coming in at around 28 minutes. In the past, all of Biden's SOTU addresses have ranged from 1 hour to 1:13. The longest SOTU address in recent times was Donald Trump at 1:22. I expect Biden's address to be right around 30 minutes.
- Will Biden address the massive illegal immigration, or "newcomers" as he now calls them. Will he be in touch with people's fears about these illegals, or will he tell us that we have nothing to worry about.
- Usually the President starts out by saying "the state of the union is strong". Will Biden do that? Can he and then blame the border problem on Republicans? Biden's handlers know this is a HUGE problem for his candidacy. How he attempts to address it should be interesting.
- Will Biden talk about inflation - high gas and food prices? High housing prices? And, how 10,000 immigrants piling into our nation causes all of these prices to continue to escalate?
- Will Biden even mention Trump at all?
Did I miss anything? Sure, Biden will yap on about jobs and the Dow - I expect that will take up half his speech. Since Biden is weak on numbers, economics and even "Bidenonmics", that aught to be fun to watch.
- What about that 9-0 Supreme Court decision? Tough to talk about a January 6 insurrection when the Supreme Court gutted and filleted that crow before shoving it down the Biden Admin's throats. But, I think Biden will still go there - we'll see.

Still, it won't help much. Oxygen doesn't do anything to dead brain cells. Skans » 06 Mar 2024, 10:05 am » wrote: ↑ I think they blood-dope him and place him in an Oxygen chamber beforehand.Still, it won't help much. Oxygen doesn't do anything to dead brain cells.

If he took a pee test, he'd fail. First, I doubt he could pee enough to even be tested. But, if he did, it would be full of all kinds of drugs, including dianabol, HGH, and stuff even the chief enforcer for the Crips couldn't get you.

Oh, I'd love to hear him talk about shrinkflation. It would show everyone just how out of touch he is. That would be a gift even better than when Bush I marveled over grocery store scanners.Zeets2 » 06 Mar 2024, 10:57 am » wrote: ↑ Doubt if I'll watch it.
What I heard yesterday was that his prime focus will be on his made-up "shrinkflation", because he doesn't like the fact that his cookies are smaller but the package costs the same amount.
Hey, let Biden drive that point home with even the dumbest Democrats. I'd love to see it. I hope he spends half an hour talking about shrinkflation. But only the dumbest Democrats won't understand that it's all the result of his own policies that have caused runaway inflation,
The answer to shrinkflation is stop buying the product. Simple and easy. Buy something else. Everyone knows that....except apparently JoeTard Biden. I can only hope he highlights just how out of touch he is with real Americans by obsessing over minutia; just like your 81-year old great grandfather would at a nice restaurant.but he thinks he can blame "corporate greed" for this. This dumb **** actually believes that it makes a difference if cookies are the same size but the package costs more, instead of the cost being the same and the cookies smaller.

You know, I'm going to say that your synopsis of what Biden is going to address will be right on target. I think you nailed the border, threw in the lunacy of shrinkflation, did a good preview of how he will try to straddle Israel and Gaza while trying not to offend anyone. Yep - I bet he goes there with the student loan forgiveness too. The only thing you forgot was abortion.Zeets2 » 06 Mar 2024, 11:33 am » wrote: ↑ It will be something to laugh at, to be sure!
And even funnier will be seeing the socialist idiots on CNN and MSNBC pounding their fists on the table afterwards in their effort to help convince Democrats of how shrinkflation is all the fault of "big corporations" while accepting none of the blame for themselves.
Really, how gullible do you have to be to swallow that kind of stupidity?
Of course, he'll also throw in his idiocy on how the border is in crisis because Republicans refuse to agree to his absurd legislation, while NEVER explaining why more immigration laws are needed when he won't enforce the immigration laws already on the books, while revoking every one of Trump's EO's that actually WORKED to close the border.
And of course, he'll try to straddle the fence on demanding that Israel stop attacking Gaza, now that he's seen how the Palestinian enclaves in states like Michigan and Minnesota are turning against him, while never mentioning how Hamas started the war by killing and capturing over a thousand civilian men, women, and children. He'll then likely follow up about how we need to throw a few hundred billion more at Ukraine regardless of how even a dime of that money is accounted for. And there's no doubt he won't miss the opportunity to blame Republicans again over how they won't let him bail out the millions of spoiled college kids who want their loans paid for by taxpayers.
It may be enjoyable to watch him floundering about, but I know that watching the Democrat side of the aisle cheering for every one of these stupid causes would have me putting my foot through the TV!

But, you know, this is supposed to be the state of the union - not 50 complaints by an old person. Still, you may have a point there. Don't ever under estimate Joe Biden's ability to f- something up.
100% Teleprompter speech, and then get the F- off the stage quickly. That's my prediction.BuckNaked » 06 Mar 2024, 11:50 am » wrote: ↑ Will he get heckled? Doubt he ax questions like he did last time
