Well we already know they use cocaine on the demented liver spot.

They probably shoot him up with Provigil on top of the cocaine.

My MIL was on modafinil for a brief stint and had to come off of it. We couldn't get her to eat a graham cracker while she taking that stuff.

Dementia is a wicked disease. Not fun to watch for sure.
