Well, he has been resting all week.  They have been injecting him with PEDs.  Do you notice that when he has a major speech to give, which is rare, he seems to speak much clearer.  You could still hear him stumble but he sounds coherent.  Then the drugs wear off and he is back to normal

           I couldn't torture myself to watch..... When I tuned in and saw all the Democrat bitches Dressed in White, the channel was changed before the Mummy in Chief spoke... My guess is he spent an hour calling for Unity and building Bridges by slandering & attacking the opposition.... 

           THen he probably touched on the latest canned Democrat battlecry of "saving our Democracy" ---- while trying to Disenfranchise Millions of Republicans from Voting their choice... 

            Lastly, I'm sure the clapping Seals on CNN & MSNBC are probably praising Joe and putting whatever speech he made up there with JFK,  MLK, Winston Churchill and FDR.
