Only way you are going to get what you want is to build your own. You explained in a post how well you know your way around a computer and its programming.
Summer of 1970 I went into a trade school for computer programming and my brain wasn't cut out to follow one track processing of anything. I know the basics to programming like I understand the basics of eternally separated in my own skin.

You only know the basics of hope, faith, charity, tomorrow, power, wealth, fame, plus how to organize chaos, mayhem, madness, misery against anyone not taking your one sided narrative to heart, mind, body, and soul.

I know what created the 24/7 mantra by how the universe works perpetually balancing outcomes left so far in series parallel time displaced uniquely here.

I'm not building one and I will get what I want. At least 32 megs memory, 1 TB hard drive, DVD player, HDMI port, at least win 10, etc.

I tried my hand at Basic and Fortran. Basic was cool, because I learned it in 10th grade and it was pretty easy for me.  Fortran was ancient and archaic when I had to take it in college.   I guess C++ took the place of Fortran???  What I learned is that I could do it.  But, it bored me to tears.  Glad I didn't go down that rabbit hole.

My kid had to do a little programing using "R", a statistical program. Reminded me a little bit of Fortran, but more forgiving and more purpose-oritented.  Still, if you screwed up any punctuation, spacing, etc, the program would go "stupid" on you.  You'd think by now, they could build in a little AI to debug simple, common mistakes.
