So, here's the deal. The judge held the hearing last Friday, March 2nd. What the judge actually said was "I hope to have an answer for everyone within the next two weeks", indicating that he's going to take his time looking at the testimony and whatever else was presented at that hearing. So, I wouldn't expect anything until this Friday at the soonest, or next Wednesday at the latest. The mere fact that she ran on a get trump ticket - all by itself - nullifies her prosecution by giving her a personal stake in the case, which is verbotten. Add this *** funk with all the, "I be HAVIN' cash, honey - Shaquita ain't NEVER broke. I PAYS my way," and you've got a stink pile that no competent attorney would touch with a ten foot pole.

Look, Fani's case was total **** from the beginning. Then, you have this kind of stuff come out about the prosecutor. The case stinks worse than a 10 day old corpse in the trunk of a New Orleans pink cadillac.

Okay, Clarrence Narrow - we'll accept the expertise of the dumbest **** in the thread.
To start new they would need a new indictment. They already HAVE an indictment, so getting a new one would be improper.
Prosecuting under the existing one means taking the existing case, *** grease and all, and running THAT slippery ball over the goal line, delivering it to an appellate court with all of fani's funk on it.
You need to focus on the attorneys' tits, sloe. You're WAY the **** out of your wheelhouse.

Have Trump's lawyers tried to get the case tossed yet? If not, they certainly should. By now, the Judge is probably BEGGING them to do so. I suppose they are just biding their time. The gal in the video is leading the charge on behalf of a minor third party who was included in the indictment. If this kills the indictment - and it will, I predict, - it will have been the DETECTIVE work of a brilliant young lawyer of a minor party who was offered - and declined - a 5k fine and a misdemeanor conviction (plus turning state's evidence) in exchange for having the felony charges dropped.
It's all manifest in the video I posted in the OP. It takes a couple of hours to watch it - but it is endlessly entertaining. And it's not like ya gotta watch it all in one sitting. Just open it in a window and prepare to get hooked.
