Russia HAS won. The question is, how long will Ukraine subject its people to military service against their master? Nothing changes except Ukraine's population numbers, productive capacity, and territorial boundaries. The longer they live (and die) in denial, the more brutal their loss.
Russia is not "going" to win. Russia HAS won. And it looks like rampant de-dollarization, the ascendant east more and more simply ignoring the demands of the wearying and worn-out west, and a new shuffling of the deck with regard to the world security balance of power.
Before long, it will look like Taiwan being peacefully absorbed by China, and most of South America being able to self-govern without wall street enforcing "democracy" (involuntary servitude) on them.
It is pretty likely to look like the dissolution NOT just of the empire, but of the republic, here state-side. I would not be shocked to see states declaring secession in the near future. If they steal the election a second time, Count Texas gone, IMO - and quite a few other states with it. And this is not the century for an abe lincoln to prevent it from happening. If the DC swamp starts murdering citizens for trying to leave, foreign powers will likely intervene through heavy sanctions and possibly even by providing troops and materiel.
