New York expands the legal definition of rape to include many forms of nonconsensual sexual contact | AP News
The current law defines rape as vaginal penetration by a penis. The new law broadens the definition to include nonconsensual anal, oral, and vaginal sexual contact. Highlighting Carroll’s case at a bill signing ceremony in Albany, the Democratic governor said the new definition will make it easier for rape victims to bring cases forward to prosecute perpetrators. The law will apply to sexual assaults committed on or after Sept. 1.
Do you ever pay attention to the news or do you just like making **** up? By the way...it's not my fault you are factually incorrect so often...it's your fault.
Of course, no one EVER lies under oath, you naive idiot!!! Make them ALL take lie detector tests!!! Bet that never happens.R.Suave » 14 Mar 2024, 1:16 pm » wrote: ↑ The plaintiff.
They've told theirs under oath.
Maybe we should hook Grifty up to that detector.
Careful...it appears you're coming unhinged.maineman » 14 Mar 2024, 1:24 pm » wrote: ↑ Like I said, are you really going to hang your hat on the fact that the law that made his behavior - for which I jury found him guilty - not technically rape until six months from now even though it is in other states and has been considered rape in under federal guidelines since 2012? Would you counsel your clown god to hurry up and get all of that forcible finger **** of Big Apple babes out of his system before September because, if he waits, he really COULD be a convicted rapist, instead of just a finger **** sleazebag sexual abuser?
And I am pleased to know that fraudulent forcible finger-**** are YOUR KIND OF PRESIDENT!

However, it is fun to watch liberals lose control of their emotions over Trump.
We need as a "Nation & Society" dial it back about roughly half a century..maineman » 14 Mar 2024, 1:24 pm » wrote: ↑ Like I said, are you really going to hang your hat on the fact that the law that made his behavior - for which I jury found him guilty - not technically rape until six months from now even though it is in other states and has been considered rape in under federal guidelines since 2012? Yep, they have LIED with impunity!!! The bitch carroll couldn't even remember the year she was supposedly assaulted and the dress she claimed to be wearing was not in existence until years later. The law regarding the statue of limitations in New York had to be changed in order for her to even file the case, ****!!!

I think that is a pretty strong indication of support.
A President can only accomplish what a partisan, deep state, ingrained bureaucratic apparatchiks allows him to. THAT was what Trump was up against, a mutinous deep state swamp that hijacked him at every chance. It is amazing he was able to accomplish what he did with so many plotting against him.ConsRule » 14 Mar 2024, 3:33 pm » wrote: ↑ Voting for a candidate is (for me) based on their position on issues. I would only consider the morals of a candidate if all other factors are equal since I don't look to politicians for moral/ethical guidance. This will be my 13th Presidential election to vote...so far there has never been a situation where all factors are equal. Right now, I'm leaning toward leaving the Presidential race blank.

If you voted for Biden, you've not only voted for a rapist (by your definition) but a pedophile too.maineman » 14 Mar 2024, 8:26 pm » wrote: ↑ This will be my 14th and I have never voted for a rapist.
