In a CIVIL case, where the burden of proof is nothing more than a preponderance of the evidence.

Trump has never been charged, much less convicted, of rape.

Well they didn't... the judge did, because his fee fees were hurt because the jury didn't give the Bad Orange Man the worst penalty possible.

Or just maybe those of us without an insane hatred for the person on trial recognized the FACTS of the case.
Such as an alleged "victim" who can't even remember what year the assault occurred or how it would be possible to rape someone in a fitting room in a crowded retail store like Bergdorf Goodman while having no witnesses and telling no one about the alleged attack for years.  THOSE facts are what will rule the day that Trump wins his appeal.

But facts never bothered liberals like you who prefer mob justice; you know the kind who first identifies a person they hate, makes a campaign promise to jail that person they hate, and then goes out and concocts a crime to accuse and try them on.

Best you prepare yourself for the same kind of "justice" after Trump wins the election and the indictments start flying faster than the Chinese spy balloon that Biden let fly clear across our country!

Generally prompt outcries and reports of a sexual assault incident like are admissible when they are made at the first available opportunity. In this case the report to her friend was a telephone call allegedly made shortly after the incident while she was still hyperventilating. She did not make a report of the incident at the Department Store. She did not inform the Security personnel and she did not cry out for assistance or alert anyone near the dressing room she and Trump were allegedly in. Instead, she telephone her friend told the friend that she did not want to report the incident to the police.
