Squatchman thinks rewriting the Constitution will keep Illegal Aliens from owning guns

The constitution never states you have to be a citizen to own a gun.

Will gun nuts owners for gun regulations(they're mainly Republicans,a lot aren't though) or embrace these new compadres? Quite the quandary huh?
Personally I'm finding this new ruling quite entertaining. People that can't even vote can legally own guns.
And the very same people that are worried about military age coming here illegally and attacking our country have made arming them possible.
What now Republicans? More gun regulations or more illegals legally owning something you think shouldn't be regulated?
But here is the quandary. And sal by the FFL in your scenario has to go thru a background check. How does a state perform a background check when the individual crossed illegally?

I'm saying that the constitution allows anyone to own guns.
And in that vein,all of those migrants are free to own guns.

As long as they have a document of identification and proof of a home address they can legally fill out form 4473.

If a person is not a us citizen, our laws do not apply to them. They have made no 'social contract' agreement to become a citizen, such as respecting our laws.
They can own whatever gun they want, they can kill or rape whoever they want, etc...and it is outside our jurisdiction.
Whatever they do is an issue between the usa and whatever country they are from.
And since the usa is not nearly as powerful as mexico, there isnt anything we can do if some mexican feels like raiding our country.
