Context or no context, that is a chilling inflammatory statement especially when said in the same speech where "migrants aren't people" and close on the heels of a previous speech where he warned that "migrants were poisoning the blood of our country" - right the **** - damn near verbatim - from Mein Kampf.  And it doesn't faze you in the least!  Seig Heil, eh?
