I'll go you one farther. The deep state is deliberately and systematically creating the conditions for revolution. This is not stupidity. It is deliberate. Trump took us toward stability - and that is why they hate his guts and liver.
The greatest enemy of revolution is stability. Franco's Spain is an excellent example. He held power for 40 years, and the manner in which he held it was through providing stability. He was all about family and church, and he brooked no foolishness with regard to wantonness or homosexuality.

Germany provided Franco indispensable assistance in the Civil War. Russia and the States sided with the nascent Republic, which had overthrown the King of Spain 8 years prior (on his death, Franco restored the monarchy - for all the good THAT did). Some hold it against Franco that his only contribution to the German war effort was amicable neutrality. they were volunteers, so technically it was just their individual choice rather than franco...but they really did perform quite well. Clearly they were true believers.
Franco also can be thanked for preventing the mossad from killing Leon degrelle...which must have been very difficult for him to do politically. Thanks to franco, degrelle was able to live a full life and did his part to dispell many of the lies about national socialism.

Yes. But the Germans and Italians actually provided their own army, navy, and air force regulars - although on a volunteer basis. Between them, they provided around a hundred thousand troops. I'm pretty sure they continued to pay the troops who volunteered. The Russian troops and the other 35,000 volunteers from 50 nations who were recruited and organized by the Communist International to defend Spain’s Republic were all true volunteers and had to be maintained by the Republic, with no help from the nations that allowed them to fight for the Republic. Pretty much everyone fighting came from a government that had signed a neutrality pledge. Like I said, I am WAY too uninformed about Franco's reasons to criticize him for it. But he definitely did a great deal less for his benefactors than they had done for him.
