That's what Trump believes, just as millions of Americans including myself also believe, while the Washington Compost says that Trump knows it was a lie. 

So give me what YOU think Trump actually lied about, and then try to tell me that Biden's record is FAR worse on that matter, since that's apparently what you believe and think it's sufficient reason to withhold your vote from Trump?

I don't want to have any non-US citizen  - legal or illegal - voting in any national or statewide election.  

At a local, municipal level, where a city or a town may have a large number of non-citizen residents, who may very well, for example, pay property taxes and may have children attending local schools that are funded by those taxes, I see a reasonable argument that would allow them to cast ballots in local municipal elections where the people who decide HOW those property taxes are spent and HOW those schools are administered are elected.  To not allow them to have a voice in how their tax dollars are spent is nothing less than taxation without representation, and, we, as Americans should be empathetic to that.

Here is a hypothetical:

Deere & Co., a multinational corporation with headquarters in Moline, Illinois, has large equipment manufacturing facilities all over the world - over 100 in total.  At, let's say, their plant in Mannheim, there is a young German engineer who has been lighting up the board with his management and technical skills.  The leadership team back in Moline sees a big future ahead of him.  They transfer him to the corporate headquarters and give him a high visibility/high responsibility position there and tell him he will be in Moline for four years, at which time, if he performs up to their expectations, they plan on sending him back to run the entire Deere & Co. operation in Germany - all eleven factories.  He brings his wife and school-age children.  He buys a home.  His children go to public schools.  His wife joins the PTA.  He pays property taxes.  He pays state income taxes.  He pays federal income taxes.  Do you think it is entirely unreasonable to think that he might like to vote on Moline, Illinois local issues that determine how his property taxes are spent and how the school department teaching his children is managed?  I do not think he should be able to vote in statewide elections or federal elections, but to not give him a say in how his own property tax dollars are spent to educate his own children seems unfair to me.
