CRUDE PRODUCED OIL IS USELESS UNTIL REFINED. IN BIDENS FIRST THREE YEARS, REFINING CAPACITY DECREASED IN EVERY YEAR. BIDENS POLICIES FORCED CLOSINGS OF KEY REFINERIES DRIVING UP DEMAND AND PRICES AT THE PUMPS.
