I never said anything regarding subpoena power, did I asshole?
I said the judges that Trump's attorneys provided a legitimate case but the corrupt judges WOULD NOT LOOK AT THE EVIDENCE, and Trump had no legal way to force them to accept it.
But now he has the power of discovery, where he can call any and all witnesses that MUST BE HEARD in his own defense.
That's where your vaunted corrupt prosecutors **** up, and they'll now pay the price.

While you're waiting for that judgement day, why don't you explain how it is that Trump's poll numbers rise EVERY TIME ANOTHER BIASED COURT DECISION IS LEVIED AGAINST HIM?  Even someone as ignorant as you should recognize the fact that the vast majority of voters KNOW THAT THE CHARGES AGAINST HIM ARE ALL POLITICALLY BIASED and total ****, and they're outraged by the two-tier justice system that your corrupt diaper boy is controlling.  Tell us all about how Biden NEVER HAD THE POWER to declassify anything as VP, and yet he stole top-secret documents from the White House and stored them in at least 5 different unsecured locations, AND YET THE CORRUPT PROSECUTER WOULDN'T CHARGE HIM WITH MULTIPLE FELONIES BECAUSE BIDEN WAS TOO SENILE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS DOING!
