The small increases on something like eggs and bread over the course of a year, can often be more than the $600 annual increase on your property taxes that hits all at once.

If your weekly grocery bill increases by just $20, then over the course of a year, that increase alone cost you $400 more that the $600 annual property tax jump.
Add both increases together, and it doesn't take long to really feel it.
