I say good. 

I know many here will disagree, but I say good for them. Things need to change. If anyone did any "honest" research, I highlight "honest" research, then they would find that GenZers have lost before they even started. College tuition is 3.5 times higher than inflation. Wages don't compensate enough. Corporations are a bunch of twats. They won't be able to pay back their loan given the extraordinary inflation, this means they will default. So their credit score will be crap by the time they are in their 30s. Probably before. They aren't losing, they already lost. 

The only way that this rigged game will change is if enough people don't enter the game in the first place. If that is what GenZ is doing, then good for them.

Looking at survey responses from the fall of 2023, the nonprofit found that the desire to work for an organization where the stated values felt in accordance with one’s beliefs had intergenerational pull, but was especially important for younger employees.

Gen Z has a bigger problem....people don't want to hire a liability and Gen Z's collective fragile emotional state makes them a huge liability.  There are solutions like AI and robots on the way now so they can be the replacement workers for an unemployable Gen Z

It's hard to generalize when it comes to generations. Every generation has had a bad rap when they were up and coming.

A very large percentage of  Gen Zers never spent a single day of their effeminately raised childhoods playing outside so it would be total Culture Shock if any of them had to work outdoors

The times and mindset sure have changed over the years. I was happy to stack hay in the 90 degree heat for $2/hr. In high school and afterwards didn't have the luxury to pass up a job because of their mission statement. Must be nice to have someone else paying the bills while you leasurly seek employment.

This young crowd can think whatever they want, they just better understand the rules of the game haven't changed. You will bust your *** for the next 40-50 years and with some extreme luck maybe end up with a million in assets.

I agree this crowd has one hell of an uphill battle. Especially with this kind of retarded attitude about a corporate mission statement, the schools have successfully brainwashed plenty.  Reality will hit them upside the head soon enough.

I meet gen z-ers every day who work hard on ranches, work hard in factories. They are men. Yes, there are plenty of weaklings - and they get all the teevee time, so that stupid people will think they represent the entire generation. Gen z-ers inherited your weak **** and have to clean it up. You should show that generation some respect. They're in charge of fixing your mess.
