1. He was never the fleetest in the pack to begin with, but, IMHO, we are better situated, with Joe as the caretaker, to have 2028 be an enthusiastic, crowded primary season for both parties, where the parties can both show America their new stable of upcoming young leaders and those candidates can debate one another, and the cream will rise to the top in BOTH parties, and then the general election can finally be about the future of this nation and whose ideas will best lead us there instead of being about Benghazi and emails, and Russia, Russia, Russia, and documents in garages, and insurrection and, payback and lawfare.
4. In my humble opinion, Donald Trump is an incurious, unfocused, misogynistic, sociopathic, idiot devoid of compassion, devoid of one shred of empathy. He has said that his next term will be about payback and retribution and that he will be a dictator on day one. I take him at his word on that point. But I must say that I would ask any of you to point me to any dictator in the history of the entire world who assumed, or was given, dictatorial power, and then, voluntarily relinquished is a day later. On Saturday, Donald Trump, in a town two hours away from Gettysburg - where we lost almost as many American in three days than we lost in Vietnam in a decade- said that The battle of Gettysburg was "so beautiful in so many ways." A man who can find any beauty in the bloody slaughter of 50K Americans in 72 hours is not fit to be President.
