He is politician. WHat I find is Trump can sa ya crowd is the HUGEST ever and he is marked an evil liar.  Biden implies his uncle was eaten by cabinless, or he finished near the top of his class, and it is simply a case of miss speaking.

The only part of the "story" he tells about his Uncle that is correct is that he was in a plane that went down in the late part of WW2 and that his body was never recovered.

Literally everything else is wrong.

Uncle Bosie was a passenger on a multi engine plane that lost both engines at a low altitude over the Pacific and went in hard. There was a survivor or maybe a couple from what I read, but the bodies of Bosie and two others were never recovered.

Biden said it was just Bosie in a single engine plane that went down over land in New Guinea, and that he was eaten by cannibals... which is all **** 

Just like when he keeps repeating that Beau was killed in Iraq too.

I'm sure the Cornpop story is real though....
