If the Kurds were responsible, why was Obama unable to stop ISIS with their help, and instead gave nothing but excuses for years as thousands were murdered by those terrorists, while he whined about how difficult it was going to be and how many years it was going to take when Trump was able to accomplish it within months?

turkey insisted no weapons should be given to the kurds and said turkey  would stop isis which turkey did not do, obama did arrange finally to give weapons to the kurds but trump drug his feet and did not give weapons until a lot later.
