and all over, ballot requests were mass mailed.  Ballot's only get mailed to registered voters who request them.

Wrong.  That's part of the changes that happened in many places like California.
And since there was no signature verification, what stops someone for sending a ballot request in a different name?

Of course, in states where mail-in ballots are the way the state conducts elections, ballots are mailed to all registered voters at their address of record.   They are NOT mass mailed wherein hundreds of BALLOTS are mailed to single addresses. In states where ballots need to be requested in order to get a ballot mailed to them, the request must come from a registered voter from the address of record.  Are there any instances in any of those states where registered voters were not allowed to vote because someone had fraudulently used their name to get a ballot prior to the actual voter either applying for his or her ballot or, prior to the voter attempting to vote on election day and being told his vote had already been cast via mail?

I would stipulate that voter fraud has happened in every single election we have ever held in this country and that both parties have had folks from their side guilty of it.  

Massive systemic voter fraud, however, the kind that you all claim happened in 2020 and that supposedly stole victory from Donald Trump is a figment of your imagination and proof that you love your candidate and your party and holding onto power more than you love your country.... which in my book makes you and your ilk domestic enemies of the constitution.  Traitors.

except in those states where the election is done entirely with mail-in ballots.  In states that conduct elections entirely by mail, ballots are mailed to all registered voters to their address of record.  In states that require absentee ballot requests to be submitted to receive an actual ballot, ballot requests were often bulk-mailed.  But a ballot request is not a ballot.
