Back when I cleared some forest on a hill I rolled the 16 inch long logs down to a trailer at the bottom of the hill.
My collie / shepherd instantly figured out what I was trying to do and she tried to "herd" the log chunks that were veering off course...angrily barking at the log chunks that weren't staying on course.....

The point is: my son took steps to limit the damage his dog does to rodents. He did not take his dog out to a quarry and shoot her because she had tasted rodent blood on a few occasions.
Noem's dog, Cricket, attacked a chicken WHILE OFF THE LEASH. An alternate and humane solution would be to keep the **** dog on a **** leash when in the vicinity of **** chickens.
people raise chickens for sustenance or profit...watching shoplifters pilfer a shop owner's store has never been acceptable...nor should it be tolerated...

Bottom line: if I have a 14 month old puppy and the dog has never seen a chicken before, and I decide to go visit my buddy who is a chicken farmer, I am not going to pull into his dooryard and just let my dog run loose.
THAT is irresponsible.... and THEN, after having done that, I go out to the quarry and shoot the poor animal???? And THEN I ask America to make me VIce President?
