Of course not.
The courts can't deny that the Dominion Machines ARE field programmable.. but nobody wonders why they need to have that feature. A feature that makes cheating possible.
The best the Excuse Makers can offer is say that they haven't seen any evidence that field programmability was ever used to skew election results.
Several batches of votes were posted during the wee hours of the morning after Election night with identical ratios all for Biden and the courts can't see any evidence of fraud.

Fox acknowledged in a statement “the court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false,” but no apology was offered.“We are hopeful that our decision to resolve this dispute with Dominion amicably, instead of the acrimony of a divisive trial, allows the country to move forward from these issues,” Fox said.
