He would be cleared of ALL the charges he's been accused of... "instigation and Insurrection"? 

He complained that the election was being stolen, and with ALL the acts by the FBI, and CIA... i.e. 1)  Fabricating Investigations with evidence they KNEW was FAKE (the Mueller Investigation)... 2)  Hiding the Hunter Laptop (had it for over a YEAR), then 3)  Calling it Russian DISINFORMATION (when the KNEW it was real, and Hunter has ADMITTED it was his), and 4) 51 Washington Bureaucrats from the FBI and CIA signed a letter SWEARING it was "Russian Disinformation".. when it WAS REAL...

It seem to me Donald Trump has MORE THAN enough information to "SAY" that the election was being stolen... UNLESS they plan to take his freedom of SPEECH away from him also...

The UN-elected American BUREAUCRACY needs to be impartial, or RESIGN their positions... THESE are only a few examples why THIS BUREAUCRACY needs to be GUTTED, and RE-MADE... it was THEY who created the Washington Jan 6th riots, NOT Donald Trump !!

Donald Trump wanted AMERICA to have a chance to VOICE their feelings... to let them be KNOWN and HEARD to the nation... after a Weaponized FBI, CIA, and Deep State ATTACKED HIM, and attempted to INFLUENCE the 2020 election... WITH illegal Investigations, illegal surveillance, and attempts to subvert his Presidency... as well as protect his opponent, and abuse their power, in protecting him !!

WHAT "Fake Electors" is Trump Guilty of?   HOWEVER... the Democrats are accused and convicted EVERY YEAR of stuffing ballot boxes ACROSS the nation... I would fill the screed with reports and conviction of Democrats STUFFING ballot boxes. 

BUT, I think the MORE IMPORTANT argument here is... that the Federal Government (i.e. the FBI, CIA, DOJm and Deep State) had been WEAPONIZED by Democrats to INTERFERE and OBSTRUCT free & Fair elections... FOR INSTANCE:
