My question is how do some nations select what should be free speech and what shouldn't? Yes, sometimes free speech hurts. I get that. For example, NAMBLA the group that @Bidencrimefamily , @R. The same lit that provides instructions on how to groom little boys. Groups like this are evil. But they are protected under the 1st amendment like every one else.

Our Constitution does NOT GIVE YOU YOUR RIGHTS. It PROTECTS THOSE RIGHTS YOU ALREADY HAVE AT CONCEPTION!!
OTHER nations "control your rights" by the dictate or law, and have no desire to protect them. Which means, those "rights" can be removed at the whim of those in power.
