Now, wouldn't even a slow witted fella have the good sense to understand that whichever SIDE of the disputed property line the fight is happening on, the other side is likely maybe winning? the year my lottery number was in effect, I had 163 nd they stopped at 150. First year the lottery was held my birthday was around 51. 2nd year around 110. wasn't included so it didn't really matter remember the exact number.

the other thing about that time, Our family home was 3 miles away as the crow flies from the kent state shootings and being I reached the age to go bar hopping in a college town, I went. Got to see how the profession protesters worked in plain sight. those protesting them are grandparents to those doing it this generation.

I never trusted that promise of one year eligibility. Like I said before, this all was going on when Kent State shootings happened.Most people I was around thought the national guard was using the wrong weapons, should have been using shotguns to take down those protesters in front rows charging the NG throwing the same methods they used in 2020 ice bottles, rocks, paper bags of **** and piss. the fireworks of 2020 was new. but the breaking store windows and looting, SSDD.

 I remember my mother getting a letter from the Vaterland, East Germany...her mother was asking about it as the communist block propaganda machine was in high gear on how students were getting shot "everywhere"...

To be completely honest I was at work after landing my job with the telephone company 6 weeks prior to the shooting. I had to take a 3 hour detour to get home because they shut down all access through the town of Kent. There was martial law for a week. I was bar hopping the weekend prior to the shooting.

funny thing abut that little town, mainstreet seemed to be the dividing point between locals and out of town students creating the chaos that was going on the weeks prior to May 4th. All the druggies were north of mainstreet and locals stayed south.

This is when I noticed how organized chaos was managed through power of suggestion. Not that I could explain it for another 30 years because whenever I discuss my thinking, people would walk away, or send me packing. 18 years old and rejected by those I thought were friends lasts a long time being told it is your own fault for not complying with social consensus.

"History is written by the victors" is an irrelevant utterance that you tossed out there out of embarrassment. It has nothing at all to do with the issue.
