Actually, I came away from my tour of duty in the Middle East as pretty pro-Israeli and I haven't had any reason to change that opinion.  If Hamas didn't want Israel to starve the Gaza strip and kill a bunch of Palestinians, they probably should have refrained from attacking Israel on October 7th.
