Maybe in a story but in most cases (this one included) Goliath wins. That is why it is noteable when New Mexico state beats Auburn in college football. Because historically the David (NMSU) has lost and lost big when they take on the Goliath (Alabama, LSU, UCLA, Ole Miss, etc)

That is the storyline recited for how many generations, 300? 350? 400?
