as a kid, I wanted to join the Cub Scouts....the old man wouldn't let me... I think it reminded him too much of the Brown Shirts back in the Vaterland...
 

Let you little boys go camping with a grown man wearing a little kids uniform. What could go wrong.

They just Bud lighted themselves.

Trying to make a fire with that bow drill setup was always impossible.

My father wanted me to try scouts.  Wasn't much into it.  Played too many sports.  I lasted less than a year and the only thing I really liked was the obstacle course and shooting at camp.
