It really is.  This is the quote that is relevant:

“There is clear evidence that in 2020 there were numerous violations of regulations and statutes, and the county has acknowledged that,”  

But that does not point to ANY evidence of actual voter fraud.  No one denies that some states changed rules and procedures in an attempt to promote public health and many of them overstepped their authority in doing so. 

Those jurisdictions have been chastised by the courts and have been directed to readjust those rules and procedures to bring them back into compliance with their state's statutory requirements.  They have done so.

MAGA morons have continued to beat this dead horse that those violated regulations and statutes made it possible to commit systemic voter fraud.  They then expanded that to "could have allowed systemic voter fraud" - which they further expanded to "probably allowed systemic voter fraud" and on even further to  "almost certainly allowed systemic voter fraud". 

Their problem remains that there has never been any actual evidence of systemic voter fraud.  coulda woulda shoulda.   oops.

”State officials said it is not clear whether the votes were actually counted twice, or if they were just scanned twice. The county has long faced scrutiny over issues with election integrity.

 Board member Ed Lindsey said he voted for the reprimand instead of a more serious punishment because he was focused on making sure future elections were secure rather than focusing on previous elections. He also threatened to open an investigation into the county in July if they do not hire a monitor for the November election.

So BASICALLY you are using something that is IRRELEVANT TO THE FACTS THAT NO ONE REALLY KNOWS HOW MUCH CHEATING WAS HAPPENING, HOW MANY BALLOTS WERE DOUBLE COUNTED, AND THAT NO ONE IS GOING TO GO TO PRISON FOR THEIR FRAUD!!!
