The outlay was only an increase of 200 billion while the deficit grew by 600 billion.  

Because of lack of revenue.

Our discussion isn't about deficits...it's about spending too much.  In 2019, tax revenue increased by $100 billion but the deficit increased.  Why? Because we spend too much.  

CUT SPENDING!!!!

You even misread that. 

The total growth of spending was 200 billion that year all approved by trump 

And the deficit grew another 600 billion because of revenue dip.

Total spending in 2018 was $4.99 trillion
Total spending in 2019 was $5.31 trillion (an increase of $320 billion)
Total spending in 2020 was $7.72 trillion (an increase of $2,410 billion...and a two year increase in $2,730 billion).
