We both know what happened.  You wanted to write "yes *******, 50 SENATORS are all that's needed to pass a bill when all senators are present and voting"  but instead of "SENATORS" you wrote "VOTES."  And you are just too stubborn to admit your mistake.  

If all senators are present and voting, you MUST have 51 votes to pass a bill.  The tally can be 51-49 or it can be 51-50, but you GOTTA have 51 (not just 50) VOTES if all Senators are present and voting.  And that's been the case since Hawaii was admitted to the Union.   
 
And one final time, the reason I added "when all Senators are present and voting" was to ensure we were both on the same page.   And also, remember that this whole thing started when you thought that the Vice President didn't actually VOTE, but that his action of breaking a tie was done with something different than a vote.

And after I added it for that reason, and after we THEN WERE- finally - on the same page, you STILL wrote, "Yes *******, 50 VOTES are all that's needed to pass a bill when all senators are present and voting".  As wrong today as it was the day you first wrote it.  And you're just as stubborn and just as stupid.
