Was the date on that diary post the first time it was written about? Written in 2018 while the pictures show a girl around the age of puberty. But if you can show me the text in the constitution or senate rules that shows otherwise, all we have are two lay opinions about a silly hypothetical. And what is the point? Even you now agree that 51 votes are needed to pass a bill in the senate when the gang's all there.
