A couple of us have theorized about this and the general consensus is that he is a disabled, possibly elderly fellow, that is homebound and has no family or friends so... he trolls out of sheer boredom.
He probably has several sites like this one in his rotation that he does this same thing on and anytime he gets banned or run off he just soks back in with a new account a few weeks later and starts again.
He's had several accounts here just in my time on this forum... and he is not alone either. There is at least one other here that fits the same M.O.
What can ya say... it keeps them isolated from society so, that's probably a good thing.
