I'm not so sure about that. All it would take is one for a mistrial and I suspect it's going to be more than one that will see through what this charade of a "trial" is about.
Not to mention, I ALSO suspect that Marchan will be brought up on Judicial Misconduct complaints REAL soon. THAT ALONE is enough to sink anything that Fat Alvin might want to try in a retrial. AND it also grants an appeal and reversal.
