this thread was about how Trump talks a big game and acts all tough claiming he wants to testify and that he WILL testify, but then... not so much. Maybe, rather than strutting about like a bantam rooster, when asked if he would testify, he could have simply said, "I will leave that decision to my attorneys" and then shut the **** up?

Can you point to ONE CASE IN US HISTORY where such a "crime" was indictable as a felony?
