this thread was about how Trump talks a big game and acts all tough claiming he wants to testify and that he WILL testify, but then... not so much. Maybe, rather than strutting about like a bantam rooster, when asked if he would testify, he could have simply said, "I will leave that decision to my attorneys" and then shut the **** up?
Kinda like you and the 51 votes a bill needs to make it out of a full senate.

I do claim to be knowledgeable on how our legislature works, however, and I know that no bill is passed in the senate when everyone is there and voting with less that 51 votes.

Trump didn't NEED to testify. The prosecution witnesses supported Trump.
They didn't produce ONE piece of evidence that Trump had anything to do with the accounting entries.
