my link merely shows that other legal experts have differing opinions.  I would not say there is a lot of unanimity regarding how well the prosecution did or didn't do.

1)  A Non Disclosure Agreement is LEGAL... REGARLESS what it is in reference to !

5)  It all needs to be proven beyond a "Reasonable Doubt"... and with Michael Cohen on the witness stand... is IMPOSSIBLE !!
