In my experience it’s what I DON’T eat that makes a huge diff. Even were I to eat a nutritionally incomplete set of foods, I would be fine. Oh, I don't think eggs offer a single thing that you cannot find elsewhere in perfect abundance. I call them God Food because they have pretty much everything you need to sustain life. But then. the whole damned planet is just busting with things that sustain life. No one needs to eat eggs to get their vitamins. Currently, most of my focus is on limiting the population of ducks. Duck eggs are Super God Food. Love me some duck eggs!

Used to visit the enclosure of a 160 pound alligator snapper in an arboretum in St. Pete, FL. But I have HEARD that the turtle has seven distinct meats and is delicious when prepared by a proper American instead of some illiterate coulie. I know gator certainly tastes excellent when done right.
