If this isn't grounds for an immediate removal for this jackass Judge, I've never heard one.

that way if the agree to one bullet point out of 38, "hang him high!" OMB!!!
Politifact's take - which, sadly, I trust over your claim, since your claim is utterly insane and would have the judge in a padded cell tout de suite:RebelGator » 30 May 2024, 5:46 am » wrote: ↑ "You don't have to all agree to return a guilty verdict".

Sweet, could he be any more coy with his attempts to find Trump guilty?Cannonpointer » 30 May 2024, 5:55 am » wrote: ↑ Politifact's take - which, sadly, I trust over your claim, since your claim is utterly insane and would have the judge in a padded cell tout d' suite:
- On May 29, Juan Merchan, the judge in former President Donald Trump’s Manhattan trial, gave the jury instructions for their deliberation, which are posted online.
- He told jurors that to find Trump guilty, they must agree unanimously on two things: that Trump falsified business records and that he did so intending to commit a separate crime.
- Merchan said jurors did not have to agree unanimously on what the separate crime was that Trump intended to commit.
As I stated on edit, I believe those instructions would cause a reversal on appeal, were Trump's jury to convict him on those flawed instructions.RebelGator » 30 May 2024, 5:59 am » wrote: ↑ Sweet, could he be any more coy with his attempts to find Trump guilty?
I believe you have nailed it. **** the appeal - this was never about putting Trump in jail. This was ALWAYS about election tampering, using a weaponized justice system.*rippy38 » 30 May 2024, 5:57 am » wrote: ↑ This is precisely what I was saying yesterday.
He pretty much told the jury that the could disagree on what they believe the Orange Man Bad actually did (or didn't do) as long as its something... and that'll do.
At this point they don't care about the appeal or any other fallout from their prosecutorial misconduct... all they want is the talking point that Trump was convicted in a criminal court heading into the election.
That's "justice"... progressive leftist style.

The entire world is watching the dissolution to banana republic of the united states. This nation has been chopping children's genitals and is under a curse from Heaven. There will be a mighty reckoning.
Agreed 100%. They're getting hysterical and unhinged. Every propaganda event strengthens Trump.*rippy38 » 30 May 2024, 6:32 am » wrote: ↑ That's all any of this has been about.
The E. Jean Carroll ****, and the classified docs garbage. Team DC felt that stealing 2024 was gonna be tough after how obvious 2020 was, so they needed to stack the deck.
The only thing is, even an assassinated Trump would probably beat the braindead cadaver currently in the WH so, they got themselves in a pickle.
I expect a major black swan by late Summer or early Fall. Something is gonna give. There is no other choice.
