At this point they don't care about the appeal or any other fallout from their prosecutorial misconduct... all they want is the talking point that Trump was convicted in a criminal court heading into the election.
That's "justice"... progressive leftist style.
Without unanimity on the 2 fundamental issues of fact, Grifty cannot be convicted.
There is no requirement for unanimity on the individual elements.
