Point being is people see this as the sham it is.  Oh, he is found guilty.  But people will not care.

some people are upset.  some people are overjoyed.  Biden still has a YUGE cash advantage over him and now he can campaign against a convicted FELON.

Nobody has ever doubted the hypnotic hold Trump holds over the MAGA base.  I know I certainly have not.  If the MAGA base is even MORE incensed by the court decision that may make them give more money to his cause, but it will not cause them to magically clone themselves and become MORE people.  

Lots of polling for months now has shown that Trump's support amongst the folks in the middle is soft at best, and that a felony conviction would drive many of them away.  

Biden is gonna live in PA, MI, WI, and AZ and his message is going to be about Dobbs, and Felonious Don.

I realize you disagree, and that's cool.  One of us will be dancing on election night and the other will be crying in his beer.  And then, the next day, life will go on and we'll both find some other issue to occupy our time.

Like I said.  neither of us has a time machine.  We'll both have to sit and wait to see what happens.  For my money, I like Joe's chances a lot better when he's running against a 34 times convicted felon.  YMMV

After the last election, life didn't go on and many of the morons that were dancing are now working 2 jobs to keep their head above water, have been priced out of the housing market, and continue to watch prices spiraling upward.

actually, the NY law does not require a conviction on the underlying crime.

the jury wasn't rigged and the trial wasn't rigged.
