what I have "got" is tired and bored reading your loony-tunes RWNJ MAGA drone ****.  Judges don't have to refrain from participating in the political process and are not forbidden from being a democrat or a republican. What is forbidden is when they allow their political affiliation to interfere with their duty to be evenhanded in their judicial duties.  And he didn't refuse to allow any witness to testify.  He simply limited the scope of what the expert witness was allowed to testify about to include only those matters in which he was an expert.

I do truly love this country and it is my sincere belief that Donald Trump is a treasonous wannabe dictator who should be hung for what he did on January 6th.  The mere idea that he is the presumptive nominee of a once grand old party is mind-boggling to me

The "other crimes" were never proven or really even specified by the prosecution until the very end. The entire case was trying to prove that Trump falsified some business records, which is a misdemeanor.

The Feds wouldn't even touch the election tampering/ interference accusations, yet Bragg used it to bump a misdemeanor to a felony and Merchan played along... and you support this kangaroo ****.
