The progressive leftists are trashing the Constitution in the name of "saving democracy".

Conspiring to use the DOJ and all it's tentacles to take out a political opponent of the sitting President is about as unconstitutional as it gets.

The SCOTUS keeps upholding the Constitution, and the progressive leftist howl and want to deconstruct that body at every turn... as well as eliminate the Constitutionally mandated Electoral College.

It's not Trump you need to be worried about... it's those **** that your currently supporting that are the problem.

Federal, State, and local law states that attempted murder and murder are illegal.

Show me the Federal law that states the President can't serve from jail or that having a felony makes you ineligible.

You can't, because no such laws exist... nor does the Constitution forbid it.

Our Founding Fathers did not want a monarchy.Operative since 1789, our Constitution provides a constitutional republic. Accordingly, our Founders limited the president's powers to those specified by the Constitution or laws passed by Congress. Actions outside the scope of the Constitution or law are not permissible.

No... my point is the there is no law or mandate in the U.S. Constitution that prohibits a felon from holding the office of POTUS... even from a jail cell.

Your post before the one I'm replying to here confirms my point.

Thanks again.

In addition, 15 percent of Republican voters, 8 percent of Trump supporters, and 49 percent of independents thought he should end his presidential bid.
