There was ZERO evidence presented or testimony given that supported that an UNDERLYING CRIME ever occurred. ONLY inferences that one MIGHT have occurred and the jury was left to decide which one, if any. THAT alone is a total 6th Amendment violation since the DEFENSE had no clue what kind of case they could fight NOR were they given any opportunity to call witnesses to PROVE OTHERWISE.

A Federal law is not something a state has any jurisdiction over in ANY court.
