No, its NOT been debunked, but it has been TRIED to be DISCREDITED!! And it has FAILED since the NY Courts have NOT said it was false.

Do you HONESTLY think that the Courts would put out such a letter without doing at the BEAR MINIMUM investigation to determine which juror was his cousin?? They could "debunk" that inside of 30 seconds with ONE call to the State police and their investigative arm. Have you seen ANYTHING from the NY State Court on this?? Then ANY AMOUNT of common sense you might possess should tell you that the MEDIA has tried and the COURT has issued no statement confirming the "debunked" part. So UNTIL THAT HAPPENS, you have a LEGITIMATE cause of action to have this verdict OVERTURNED!!
