You DO realize that JUDGE MERCHAN ISSUED A LETTER ADVISING BOTH SIDES THAT A POST HAD BEEN DISCOVERED THAT SHOWED A JUROR WAS CONTACTED OR CONTACTS SOMEONE THEY WEREN'T SUPPOSED TO DO, right???

So the COURT PUT FORTH THAT LETTER, not the poster that made the claim.

Do you HONESTLY think that a judge would advise BOTH SIDES ATTORNEYS in this letter UNLESS some level of investigation hadn't been already done??? They would have NEVER brought it forward and NEVER sent a letter from Merchan's pen.
