I say again: Can we all just agree that there really is no credible evidence that any juror bragged about finding Trump guilty before closing arguments and then put this thing to bed?

You have ANYTHING from Merchan that says a JUROR didn't speak to his "cousin" which VIOLATES all jury instructions and is MORE than grounds to nullify the verdict and call a MISTRIAL??

Merchan issued a LETTER and that is MORE than enough evidence that HE believes it was as he claimed it was. Trust me, there WAS some level of checking before this letter was even written. Merchan DIDN'T WANT THE DEFENSE to discover it and then have an IMMEDIATE APPEAL and his entire court proceedings come under scrutiny including "why didn't you sequester the jury"!!
